Illegal crossing at speed of the unbroken white line in a dangerous position before a blind humped bridge while overtaking (MGIF) a cyclist, where the offence is common in both directions. Oncoming vehicles are frequently suddenly encountered at the bridge crest. It is only the rarity of cyclists around here which has prevented (as far as I know) a head on collision when the offence is committed simultaneously in both directions. Time on the video is GMT. Lancashire Constabulary ignores all reports of this offence, and similar ones which occur regularly a couple of km up the road at Wyre Bridge, Garstang.
