Finishing up a training route. While the shoulders are wide, they are filled with debris, so I ride in the road. Vehicles must pass with 4' clearance. Not only did this guy not do that he yells at me that I was "IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD." And then proceeds to go to work. Called police. While waiting on police the security guard for the business park and a supervisor came out and reviewed the incident. Police reviewed my footage and spoke with Dylan. After they educated him on what the law is they let him off with a warning. His employer won't do anything about his behavior.
