Riding east along Whitehorse Road Box Hill approach intersection with Dorking Road Traffic lights change to red and I stop aware of a vehicle behind me was close Male driver is checking out the boat on trailer in next lane He even creeps closer to me when lights change to green and he passes within 300 mm of my handlebars Dangerous and unlawful unnecessary pass.
