Waiting at traffic lights while riding west along Whitehorse Rd, Blackburn
Lights changed to green and driver of ute made close pass within 1 metre off handlebars Driver of ute had clear room to move into right lane as the car in the right lane was already ahead of ute driver
Driver has legal rego plate on front of ute SCRFIX but is displaying incorrect plate on rear SCRATCHFIX (Time not correctly adjusted on cameras).
