Travelling north up Barrack Street, and yet again, since the left turn (aka rat run) of Geoffrey Bolton Drive has been opened to all, a car at the last moment decides to take the shortcut and, without using their mirrors, beginning to cross straight over the cycle lane in front of a bike that is parallel to them that is carrying straight on.
