Old mate from over the road decided that a close pass on a wet winter morning is ok. Spoke to him a few days later about why he felt it was OK to close pass. Apparently he used to cycle and was being safe and cyclist was swerving all over the road being dangerous. Police response was that if they see driver they'll speak to him.
