Totally unnecessary close pass

A group of 15 riding at circa 35kmh along Leighton Beach Road. Despite the outside lane being free, the Schneider Electric van (Reg: 1IAH184) decides to pass dangerously close ... only to have to stop at the red light just 200m later. Totally unnecessary as he gained precisely no time, but endangered the life of others.
