The 1%er driver, I wish they would grow up

Light traffic, two lanes, all other drivers giving plenty of space as they pass, but of course, there comes along that individual who can't resist putting cyclists in their place. Nowhere near hitting me but definitely well inside the 1.5 metre requirement.
