Super dangerous chickenrun

A group of 7 of us, luckily riding single file, had an incredibly dangerous near miss with a small SUV coming towards us doing a chicken run around a truck. Absolutely no reason they couldn't have waited a few seconds, as there was no traffic behind us. As it was, with a closing speed of at least 100km/h, had any one of our group unintentionally pulled out and into their path, the results would have been catastrophic.
Sadly, due to the pre-dawn light and with headlight glare, the car number plate is not visible, so no police report can be submitted.
