SMK1563Z – 4 May 20 Making an illegal left turn followed by close shave (less than a feet)

This happened just yesterday on a fairly isolated stretch of road as Singapore is still under Circuit Breaker(Lockdown of sort). The vehicle made an illegal left turn into a small road, and nearly side-swipe me as he was passing me.

I saw the big puddle of water ahead and was trying to avoid it (not because of wetness) simply because you can't see what is beneath the layer of water. All it takes is a pothole covered by water to send us flying off the bike.

Total Idiot!!!.
