Singapore Double Trouble

One incident straight followed by a second. The first incident is an SUV turning out in front of a cyclist doing close to 35 km/h and the second is a taxi driver who apparently did not have the patience to wait another 30 seconds for the vehicles in front to move so decided to start turning out in front of two cyclists passing on his right side at around 35 km/h.
