Silly pass at intersection

Vehicle approached from behind and chose to overtake at corner, on pedestrian crossing and where there is a median strip further compressing the road area. I knew she was there (a neighbour too) so I should have completely claimed the lane. I had to slow down to avoid a potential incident. She gained nothing by passing as the traffic lights around the corner were red. may just send her the video and ask for her thoughts on the matter.
