Shitty Pinehurst Driver (Seattle)

I recognized this motorist from previous incidents. I commute on this route and have never seen him stop for the stop sign, so I slowed as soon as I saw his car approach the intersection. It wasn't a close call (by my experience) because I slowed as soon as I spotted him through the trees. This is near a school and playground, in what could be a great neighborhood for kids to bike in, so I decided to go ahead and let him know that there is a stop sign that he should acknowledge.
