Right turn from left lane

I was approaching an intersection in the right lane of a four-lane road with the intent of going straight through. A car slowly overtook me in the left lane, then moved directly through my path to make a right turn, causing me to brake. Driver (Ohio license DHY 4817) could have spent an extra two seconds slotting in behind me, but then I wouldn't have been aware of yet another idiot on the road.
