Alarming close passing at a very common location for the offence- a humped bridge with unbroken white lines in both directions, double in the centre. The driver illegally crosses the unbroken white line, but gets back just in time to avoid colliding with the oncoming silver Audi A3 KX57 YFR. There are so many similar offences at this bridge, invariably ignored by Lancashire Constabulary, that I haven't reported this one.
