Mind the door luv – and expect a call from the cops

A lady in a Transit van opens her door into the bike lane regardless of the cyclists.
HOWEVER...
On close inspection of the video it appears the number plate has been changed from 1DFC051 to read 1DFC091. The police take a fairly dim view of this sort of practice and the image has been referred to Crimestoppers.
