I felt his side mirror brushed my ear…

A very dangerous pass by a white van. his reason was he was trying to out run the car on his right.

Im used to close pass but this was way too close as I felt his side mirror brushed my right ear and my right hand was only a few inches from his van.

reported to the police but no action taken.
