Got to turn left!

Riding along Benningfield Rd a driver decides to pullout of an intersection and immediately indicate to turn left in front of me, forcing evasive action to prevent contact. Being obscured by the offending SUV another vehicle then almost cuts me off. Almost "two for the price of one!".
