Even the pedestrian loked at the speeding car

I heard this car racing up behind me, but I didn't expect it to be going that fast! The road surface in that area is pretty poor and I just managed to stay upright. It was reported to my local police, but I haven't heard anything from them. The road surface has been reported to my local council, but it wasn't deemed worthy of repair!.
