Driver never moved over

on an afternoon commute home, I was struck from behind at an estimated 50 mph by a driver who was driving with a revoked license, no insurance, and expired tags (plates). Three weeks in hospital with a fractured spine, multiple tears in my rotator cuff muscles, and a large hematoma in my right leg with forthcoming surgeries plus a shattered bicycle all at my expense is the cost I will pay for being struck and flipped over the car.
