Driver has close call with island after overtaking on Hawthorne Parade

Yet another stupid overtake on Hawthorne Parade. The islands are there for a reason - to calm traffic. This joker found that they didn't have a whole lot of road left after overtaking, which meant they cut back in pretty sharply as they overtook. If we'd been a bit further down the road when they overtook, they probably would have clobbered me as they cut back in to avoid the island. Or, like another driver, they would have been forced to go around the other side of the island.

Judgement is lacking.
