Don’t People Stop & Give way at Roundabouts?

D*ckhead driver at roundabout did NOT stop and give way to the right when driving through roundabout at the Balcombe rad and Beach road intersections. Just looked and kept going. only realised there was a cyclist AFTER he entered the roundabout and saw me.
