Riviere Residences Applecross, high rise apartment complex under construction. Crane drops the cable down to a truck on the street but the traffic management the was in place were busy doing other things [one on phone the other end chatting]. Fortunately I and the car oncoming saw it in time
Would be a reportable workplace incident.
