DC17CEU Seat Leon nearly left hooks a cyclist

The Seat Leon driver decides they would rather risk hitting a cyclist than have their very important journey delayed by a few seconds.
I reported this incident to West Midlands Police at the time but they rarely provide outcomes so no idea how it went.
