Damp weather dope

Damp gloomy weather again. So instead of approaching the roundabout with due care and checking to the right for oncoming traffic, 1DKM103 plows in with speed and is surprised to find a cyclist in their path.
All the flashing lights and hi-viz are not worth a cracker if drivers don't even bother to look.
