Council Truck Close Pass Stocklands

Incident was reported to Townsville City Council that day. After six weeks of silence it was reported to Police, and council a second time. Two weeks later it was followed up with council a third time, and again a week later because they didn't action it as promised. Police eventually closed the matter when council claimed they couldn't be certain who the driver was.
