Close Pass on County Line Road

I was riding southbound and taking the lane on County Line Road, north of downtown Erie, when the driver of a beige Toyota Camry (Colorado plate: 172 JPG) close passed me. They are legally obligated to give bicyclists 3 feet of room when they pass, which they failed to do.
