Close call at zebra crossing on Rhu Cross

I was on the zebra crossing when the vehicles did not stop or give way. The first car (black car) passed in front of me, and as I was not going fast, I let him pass and I expected the second car (grey car) that was close behind the first car to stop. However, the second car (SLP 8480 T) did not stop and I had to brake to avoid a collision. The driver simply waved and continued driving off.
