Buzzed by construction truck

This road is extremely wide at this point (car lane wider than usual), and this guy figured he'd buzz me anyway. It's hard to see from the video, but he definitely did it on purpose - after I waved my arm, I saw him look at me in the rear view and make his own "gesture" back at me.
