I am stopped at a bicycle red light. A scooter driver comes up behind me and starts beeping. I inform him of the red bicycle light and he shakes his head and proceeds. Another bicyclist passes through the red bicycle light shortly after that. The bicycle light is poorly placed as it can only be seen from a distance well behind the intersection.
