Frightening close passing by a lorry carrying a portable toilet and other equipment- a common spot for this offence. The offending driver comes over the crest of the hill and finds to his astonishment that there are oncoming vehicles- in this case a blue Audi, probably DA18 YKN. He overtakes anyway, as there are no penalties in Lancashire for frightening cyclists, and far better to hit him than the oncoming hard steel. These reports are always ignored by Lancashire Police.
