Alleged Aggressive Driving by Toyota Hiace on Dornocn Terrace

We were riding downhill along Dornocn Terrace when a Toyota Hiace van aggressively overtook us, braking repeatedly while descending the hill. The manoeuvres resulted in several near misses. The driver then stopped the vehicle and turned toward the cyclist in a manner that appeared intended to cause a collision.
