Aggressive Driver threatens dad and son with vehicle (police do nothing about it)

After attending Kidicall Mass with my 2 year old son, a driver aggressively threatened us with his vehicle. Unfortunately the camera is only forward facing and a wide angle so you cannot see or tell how dangerously close he was. He was only a couple of feet behind us revving his engine before passing us within a couple of feet, at dangerous speeds, in an area with high pedestrian and bike activity. Should the driver still have the privilege of a drivers license or allowed to drive on our streets? Stay safe out there and watch out for a-hole drivers.
