Filed a Chico PD case after a white Nissan Rogue, driven by a blonde-haired adult woman (physical description only for identification purposes), twice swerved in an apparent attempt to run me—and others—off the road.

This wasn’t a “merge gone wrong” or a misunderstanding. As the video shows, the incident started — unprovoked — after I signaled my turn, and it was deliberate. The driver was later counseled by Chico PD, and there’s now a report on file. I’m not concerned with the outcome, but I’d be surprised if she tries that again.
