6/27/22 Intentionally struck from behind with Road Rage assault

This driver, Nicholas Jenny of Downingtown, intentionally struck me from behind and then stopped his vehicle and physically attacked me. The State Trooper who responded totally screwed up and didn't even charge him with a close pass.
