On a descent at 45kph, the driver passed and then cut back into the lane too quickly (even though there was no oncoming traffic). The trailer side swiped my foot and I was very lucky to stay upright. It was only another 250m until the intersection where he could have safely passed. Incident reported to Police and provided the video, awaiting outcome of their action.
